The built-in perineal arm adds a whole new layer of sensation I didn't know I was missing. The dual stimulation is intense but not overwhelming.

I was skeptical that one toy could hit both spots at once, but the perineum arm actually lines up right where it should. The prostate vibe is rumbly rather than buzzy, which is exactly what I wanted.

The dual stimulation is the real selling point here — the perineum arm hits a spot I didn't know I was missing while the main shaft does its thing. Took a minute to figure out the angle, but once it clicked, wow. Charges fast too, which I appreciate.
