愛心中型陰道蛋 - 鑽孔

The smooth rose quartz feels much nicer than I expected when inserted, and the notch from the drilled hole hasn't been an issue at all. After using it for a week during my morning routine, I've already noticed a definite improvement in muscle awareness.

I was nervous about the drilled hole catching on anything, but it’s actually smooth and makes removal feel way more controlled. The weight is just right for noticing the muscle engagement during exercises, and I’ve already felt a difference in my pelvic floor awareness after a few weeks of use.

The drilled hole makes it super easy to thread a string through for safe removal, which was my biggest worry before buying. I've been using it daily for two weeks and can already feel the muscle contractions getting stronger during my Kegel routine.
