The weight feels substantial but not heavy when inserted, and it's definitely helping me become more aware of my pelvic floor muscles. I've only used it a few times, so I can't speak to long-term results yet, but the quality seems solid for the price.

The weight of this crystal is really noticeable once inserted, which is great for the muscle exercises they describe. I’ve only used it a few times, so I can’t speak to long-term results yet, but the polished finish feels comfortable to hold.
