ナイトメロウ クーリングスプレー 2 fl oz / 60 ml

I was skeptical about sprays for this, but the cooling sensation really does last—I spritzed some on my neck and felt relief within seconds. The 2 oz bottle is small enough to toss in my bag for when I’m out and suddenly feel overheated.

My skin gets so red and angry after a hot flash, but one spritz of this and the inflammation seems to calm right down. The cooling sensation is refreshing without being too icy, and it lingers for a good while, which is exactly what I needed.

I've been keeping this Cooling Spray in my bag for sudden hot flashes, and it really does soothe my skin with that refreshing tingle. The fact that it also helps with inflammation is a nice bonus.
