كريستال كوارتز - بيضة يوني متوسطة - غير مثقوبة

I was surprised by how smooth the surface feels—it glides effortlessly. The non-drilled design makes it really easy to clean after each use. Definitely noticing better muscle awareness already.

The weight of this crystal is really noticeable once inserted, which is great for the muscle exercises they describe. I’ve only used it a few times, so I can’t speak to long-term results yet, but the polished finish feels comfortable to hold.

I was a bit surprised by how smooth the crystal is, it feels much nicer than I expected for a non-drilled egg. The medium size is a good starting point, though I wish the description had a bit more detail on the actual muscle exercises.
